Cancellation Policy

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform the service provider:

by means of a clear declaration (via e-mail or letter sent by post) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the below revocation form, this is however not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification about your decision to revoke this contract before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, the service provider will refund all payments he has received from you, immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day he receives notice of your cancellation of this Agreement. The service provider will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Please note, that the above right of revocation does not apply in the following case:

It is a contract for the delivery of data in digital form (digital content) and not on a physical data carrier. If the consumer has expressly agreed before execution of the contract that the entrepreneur shall begin with the execution of the contract before expiry of the revocation period, and knows that he will loose his right of revocation by his consent with the beginning of the execution of the contract, the right of revocation is void.

You can agree to give up your right of revocation by checking the corresponding box on the order form, or later on by sending me an email with a statement like "Yes I agree to the execution of the contract before expiry of the revocation period. I am aware that my right of revocation expires with the beginning of the execution of the contract." in the body of the mail.
